Strategics Consulting Welcomes Kristen Hughes
Strategics Consulting is pleased to welcome Kristen Hughes to the team as Executive Assistant and Grants Manager. Kristen brings more than 20 years of experience providing high-level administrative and project support in the government relations and public policy sector. She has supported government affairs professionals by managing logistics, preparing policy materials, and maintaining advocacy and compliance documentation—ensuring complex initiatives move forward smoothly and efficiently.
In addition to her operational expertise, Kristen has played a key role in tracking advocacy activities, supporting project management efforts, and developing congressional engagement programs, including coordinating large-scale speaker events that strengthened stakeholder relationships and organizational visibility. She holds a bachelor’s degree in government from Smith College with minors in history and economics, and previously served as a Congressional Page in the U.S. House of Representatives. Kristen’s depth of experience and commitment to public service will be a strong asset to Strategics Consulting and the clients we serve. Welcome, Kristen!
