Kristen Hughes

Kristen Hughes has spent more than two decades providing high-level administrative and project support in the government relations and public policy sector. She has supported government affairs professionals in managing logistics, preparing policy materials, and maintaining advocacy and compliance documentation. Kristen has played a key role in tracking advocacy activities, supporting project management efforts, and developing congressional engagement programs, including coordinating large-scale speaker events that strengthened stakeholder relationships and organizational visibility. She earned a bachelor’s degree in government from Smith College, with minors in history and economics, and previously served as a Congressional Page in the U.S. House of Representatives.
