As summer comes to a close, Strategics would like to recognize Vivian Vesuna for all of her great work with our team over the past few months.

During her internship, Vivian has been a tremendous asset to Strategics, contributing valuable research, supporting our legislative work, and always being ready to jump in wherever needed. Her hard work, curiosity, and willingness to take on new challenges made a real impact on our team throughout the summer.

Strategics Consulting’s Leslie Mozingo recently addressed municipal leaders at the 2026 North Carolina Association of Municipal Clerks Annual Conference in Wilmington, North Carolina.

During her session, “Navigating Federal Issues and Strategic Advocacy,” Mozingo provided an overview of current federal policy activity, with a particular focus on the priorities and actions of North Carolina’s congressional delegation and their potential impact on local governments across the state.
